I count 9 Quad Heavy TL’s(the ones with the cylinders), 13 Dual TL’s (the smallest ones) and 2 Dual Heavy TL’s(all the way behind the engines).

Correct me if I’m wrong, but this ship appears to be heavy picket. The large sensor dome and dish look good for long range scans. I imagine Starfighters would be of the recon or defensive type. The majority of the guns appear to be anti-Starfighter. The big guns in the back go along with the big engines; a good size warship comes along, the Kontos turns tail and outruns it while giving it a few good shots to slow it down. All in all, an interesting design.
Gork — yeah, but those fantail gunners are manning the only pairs of Heavy turbolasers on the entire ship, so they would be able to provide a really nasty surprise to anyone who tries to sneak up behind.
All in all, I think I’d consider that a wash. 😉
Dunno if those aft twin turrets are HTLs per se, but they do seem to be the frigate’s heaviest guns, so point there. I’d still insist on a couple tubs of 1200 SPF sunscreen for their crews.

What would the fighter complement for this class of frigate be? (Assuming those large ports on the underside are hangar doors). Your work is incredible, and this ship is one of my favorites.
I was thinking 2-3 fighter squadrons, depending on type. About a battalion in troops.

This puppy’s steep keel, four-post engine layout & diamond-shaped frontal cross section make for one distinctive silhouette-I’m genuinely curious about the potential of a cruiser-scale vessel with this hull plan. Also digging the recessed sensor/shield-projector dome, though I don’t envy those fantail gun crews when the captain calls for full thrust.
How many star fighters can it hold or how big is the hanger?
2-3 fighter squadrons. (24-36 fighters)
So I count 10 Quad turbolaser and 16 double laser batterie?

So this is based on the Strike Class ship?
It’s my interpretation of a ship in the same rough role but less ugly
Great design. I love the work you do. If I may ask, what is the length of this ship?
Also, have you thought of publishing what the compliment, armament, and carried craft for all of your designs?
Awesome work! The diamond-shaped hull is something new, but still unmistakably Imperial–aggressive and intimidating.
Looks a lot like the Strike Cruiser from the SWD6 RPG.
