I can just imagine a solitary fighter showing up on the edge of a fleet engagement, taking a moment to scan and plot targeting solutions, then this drops in and boom.

What is that little sphere in front of the big one?
My sense of scale might be off… but I think that’s a Reactor. It has the right look, it’s positioned more-or-less centrally to the craft, and it appears to be about the right size compared to the Torpedo Sphere; consider, this thing should have a diameter of around 1.9 kilometers.
That little sphere could also be a Gravity Well Projector, since those have about the same look and size as typical reactor domes on Imperial designs.

Given its faceted appearance, it could also be a large shield generator/projector.
It looks to me like one of the large domes seen on the Legator-class – which I think Fractalsponge said were sensors.
